Just a quick question about NBATV: Is it for free or does it come with a subscription to NBA League Pass? The reason I ask this is because for a long time I thought it comes with a subscription to NBALP because when I would check it, it would tell me to call Time Warner and subscribe to it. Then on the 19th of this month, I went to check the channel again because of the Rockets and Cavs game and it was on for free. I was able to watch the whole game and the following highlight shows. The following day, I was also able to watch Basketball and Books on the channel. Now, however, it is telling me to call and subscribe again. I know there was no free preview since I couldn't watch any of the other league pass channels that night. And if it is not for free, then what is the point of having NBATV?
maybe they were having a free preview during a LP drive for more viewers. On Directv I get it with my sports package, and last season it came with LP(which was before I added on the sports package)
i got it for a $1/month, but this was 2 years ago. call your cable/satellite provider and they'll tell you
