    awesome.

this is one of the all time great Rocket moments.

I still remember watching the flight of the ball, and remember the ball staying in the air for an eternity.

Hard to believe that 1997 was the last time the Rockets won a first round series. 1997 was a great ride as well even though it didn't end with a championship.

Man... look at that summit/compaq center crowd!!!

Safe to say, Toyota Center will NEVER be that rabid, hungry, jubiliant.

    i disagree....

anybody that went to the Lakers game last week after Battier hit that 3 in the corner, out of all the playoff games I have attended in the Toyota Center since its existence, I HAVE NEVER SEEN/HEARD the Toyota Center rocked at all time high

then Kobe had to F*** it up for us :(

and yes, that team had a great ride, one of the best non-championship teams, you have to look at what bench we had

Eddie Johnson, Kevin Willis, Sedale Threatt, Othella Harrington, Matt Bullard, Randy Livingston, and Charles Jones

how the hell did that team win 57 games?

No way, Pistons had a much, MUCH nicer bench than us.......

I wish we had Antonio Mcdyess, Jason Maxiell as our back up bigs........

Lindsey Hunter, Delfino and Mo Evans were solid as well...

Bump in case anyone forgot to set their DVR

They would have won a lot more if the Big Three were able to stay healthy. They were something like 30-5 (sorry don't have the exact figure) when all three played together.

Still remember running around the house screaming like a crazy person when that shot went in, my parents looking at me like I was insane.

I still can't believe we ended up losing this series. I really, really thought we were gonna play the Bulls in the Finals--and kick the crap out of them.

Okur reminds me of Osterfag, I wonder how Hayes would do on Barkley . I think Charles would have a hard time.
