I dont think anyone making an average of 2mill for 6-7 months is underpaid.

So Yao is maxed out and is still considered underpaid? What's up with that?

it's all relative. francis is making 15 mil this season, marbury 17mil, and even lafrentz gets 11.5 mil! so in that sense, yao's indeed underpaid.

Chauncey Billups is still on an MLE contract. I'd say that was highway robbery by the Pistons when they made that signing.

and they harvest his sperm every night to make an army of 7'6 players. That's why he's so tired during games.

I was thinking Chuck as well. but I guess they are thinking "famous" players like Nash, Lebron, Yao, and others.

how about Bonzi? 2 million is a bargain, isn't it?

Well, Bonzi only played in a few games so far, and his numbers are way down. If he can produce like last year for the rest of the season, then he will be considered a bargain. But up till now, his production is no where near worth 2m.

Steve Nash more underpaid than BronBron?

Don't make me laugh. When I see these articles coming up I cant but feel race issue plays a part in MVP voting. Bron is not only a better player but also more commercially viable. It aint even close. Ditto for Yao.

It might be fashionable to put in guys underpaid but at the end of day those superstars who wage is capped by league regulations are the guys who play below their market value. Oh yeah, Artest is worth only 7m all right. Indy may feel he doesnt even deserve that.
