If CD himself travels to Europe, you know they are very interested.

I wonder if CD will pay a visit to Malick and Spanoulis while he's overseas.

Looks like a toothpick, but if he has game, he can always add to it...Hell, there will be a million trade rumors out there and another million supposed draft scenarios...We'll see what happens...

If I were CD, I would have had a very hard time not thinking about beaming Danny Ainge in the back of the head with a basketball... for old times' sake, of course.

I don't know Wally's contract but I'd consider taking him if they take two of our 3 bad contracts (Mooch/Baker/Spoon). All three of those expire next year so maybe they would.

Wally is servicable backup PF for us (assuming JHow comes back strong as our starter). If that allows us to grab somebody immediately servicable at 14th (big IF), then maybe. But there are a lot of IFs in there.

You don't know who Wally is, do you? Power Forward?

Wally's contract is ridiculous. $46 million owed the next 4 years. Definitely not worth it just for a mid-first round draft pick.

call me crazy, but i dont want wally as our powerforward.... i was going more as a role player off the bench or maybe a sg. his shooting touch would be great for this team when people are doubling up yao or tracy.

thats funny though, wally as a pf :D

Does Ukic's looksee imply anything about Span's readiness?

first off - Ukic is a pure point guard not a swingman

second Wally is not a power forward

I always thought of Wally as a SF.

Also I read that he showed up for Eruocamp with 25 more pounds - so all those pictures from last season are out of date - (he now weighs over 210)

he will be gone by 24 anyway, but its nice to know that CD is working...

Anyone think the Rockets are going to try to trade up in the draft?

I do... and double or nothing they take a PG (for the future) or a SG/SF to grow into a backup for Tmac

I think JVG would rather get a power forward through free agency (someone that is a know entity)

NBAdraft.net is so useful and so confusing at the same time. They have new draft rumors, but can't bother to update info that is a year old?
