How did Kenny get the nickname "the Jet?" As far as I can remember, that nickname was never mentioned while he wore a rockets uniform.

 

Rocket2K is there anyway possible you could make a torrent of this game...please.

I've seen this game once, and it was live.

man we were awesome.


kenny hitting everything. elie and horry draining one each. drexler going coast to coast, and hakeem posting up. and our spacing and ability to feed the post is just incredible.


the tv with dvr for some reason is blank on only one channel, nba tv so i'm not sure if it's recording the game or a blank screen. luckily i have another tv and am watching there. this is so much better than an espn classic game. low on commercials and i don't think they've skipped over any part of the game yet. of course with the lack of fouls this seems to be a pretty fast game.


and horry hits a 3.

This is my best Rockets game of all time.....just shows you how balanced our scoring was.........We were losing by 20, and there was no way Hakeem posting up was gonna get us back in the game, so Clyde, Elie, and Cassel just start running, and get us back in it..........and then of course, Kenny takes over, and hits the clutchest shot ever.........and then Horry starts draining 3s in OT......(even after losing the ball, he would just pick it back up and throw it up for a swish ).....then the Magic respond back w/ a 3 to tie it .........and then of course the Dream Tip

 

I dont have NBA TV so I couldnt record it from the broadcast yall are talking about.

As I mentioned in the other thread about the NY Finals series...I know a guy that is converting his 94 Finals tapes to DVD.

after he finishes those, he is planning on doing the 95 Finals.

I cant say how long it will take, but eventually(possibly in the offseason) they will be available via bittorrent.

Have this game, and the rest of the 94 and 95 finals, on tape. To answer the earlier question, Kenny was never "The Jet" while he was a Rocket. That's a post-career invention, and kinda lame.

 

That little FYI thing on NBATv is messed up it said 'Hakeem was the first pick in the 1994 NBA Draft'
