look out JAZZHOLES...i can already see your money leaving your pockets. look on the bright side, at least it's tax deductible
How many times do we have to say: Shane does not flop. Almost all of his charges drawn are legit with his feet set, and if they aren't then a no-call is the fair answer. Flopping is pretending to be fouled while the ball is in your hands, shooting driving or whatever (Manu). It's also flapping your arms like a bird every time there is a contested rebound (Kirilenko). Scola flops. And hopefully he will stop by next year.
Man I feel sorry for Scola. He's only been in the league for one year and won't be able to fully showcase his flopping ability. I guess sometimes life just isn't fair.
damn dirk might just be a role player or a 6th man I wonder how A.I is going to adjust I know hes small and all but everytime he gets touch he falls 10 ft back. but I really like this
Why can't the refs just NOT call flops? The only reason it's come to this point is because the refs haven't discerned what is a flop and a legit taking a charge. If the refs correctly detect an obvious flop and doesn't call it, the defender is usually left in a vulnerable position and the offensive player can take advantage of it. Just because there is contact doesn't mean a call needs to be made, see: Lakers/Spurs game 4.
AK and Human Noodle Manu are gonna get hurt. Shane doesn't flop; Scola does flop a bit, but not as bad as AK or Manu.
the nba keeps getting better. if this is truly instated hopefully it gets to the point where players will truly be deterred from this nonsense. great move.
it's never fair. they'd just changed the rules when yao joined the rockets. seems like a conspiracy against houston to me.
