regarding china, they are opening up their quarantines -- that is actual action, not words. regarding south korea, they are meticulous AF w/ their data on this. regarding the virus becoming less stable in the warmer months, this is basic common sense -- the "flu season" is always during the colder months

For example, the deadly Spanish Flu (1918) was one of the most deadly epidemics in its first phase. After the first warm weather passed, it became much more lethal once it mutated in the second wave which killed many millions.
