I said I'd vote for Jason Kidd, next, thinking, you can't survive when YOU are the weakest link on your own offense. I am swayed to change my vote, however; noting it is far weaker to have the skills to deliver the winning shot, and to shrink from it.

    I vote Christopher Webber.

No way is Dirk Nowtizki better than Chris Webber. Less hateable, maybe. But no freaking way is he better.

    Dirk goes.

    Nowitski

Everyone else on that lists is more well-rounded offense, defense and passing. A lot is said about Webber playing high post, but he runs that offense and plays active defense. Best big man passer in the game. Nitwitz flat out didn't play defense against the Kings. His defense is the main reason they got trounced.

    Paul Pierce

He's one of the most overrated players in the NBA.

Paul Pierce. I'm a big fan...but he disappeared in the playoffs...esp. at the line.

How so? Overall stats are just as good as Kobe and McGrady. Better outside shooter than Kobe and McGrady. Led his team to the eastern conference semifinals. If Pierce is overrated, then I don't see how you can't say the same about Kobe and McGrady. If you think it's his time to be voted off, fine. But, overrated? I just don't see it. Especially since he doesn't even get as much recognition as those two.
