    NBA Superstar Tracy McGrady Makes Return Trip to Asia

    PORTLAND, Ore., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- adidas announced today the third consecutive summer tour to Asia with NBA superstar Tracy McGrady. The adidas T-MAC Tour is designed to continue to further the growth of the game of basketball, while providing the many fans in the region the unique opportunity to interact with T-MAC. T-MAC is scheduled to visit Seoul, Guangzhou, Manila and Hong Kong from August 23 through September 1, 2006.

    "This summer marks my third time to Asia, and I continue to look forward to these trips every year," stated Tracy McGrady. "Over the last couple of years I have continued to gain great respect and love for everyone in Asia. I appreciated all that my fans have done for me on these tours and look forward to meeting more of them this year and thanking them for their support."

    The adidas T-MAC Tour will feature a number of events ranging from the T- MAC 1 limited edition Asia-only shoe launch (special white/gold color -- limited to 1500 numbered pairs), community events, retail appearances and basketball grassroots activities.

    Bah, the tickets for T-Mac coming to Hong Kong aren't sold, and I just saw an ad in Young Post which said that the first 10 people who sent an email with the title "T-Mac Tickets' will get a pair of them. Unfortuntely for me, I only saw it when it was 10:00 pm.

    I'm sorry, but China is Taiwan, and Taiwan is China. LOL.................Whatever you want to call them, they're Chinese anyway, there's nothing that can change the fact.

    to further this... i'm sure this has nothing to do with him having the number one selling jersey in china.

    Ethnically? Ok, I'll agree with that.

    But from a political perspective? Everyone knows that Taiwan operates with a ton of of autonomy.
