The Nba highlights of the rockets vs golden state is giving Yao a lot of love. Stating how dominate he is now and showing a lot of his highlights. Those of you who are upset that yao isn't getting enough love... well there you go. Btw, I don't really think Yao is disliked mostly b/c he's asian. Look at hakeem, as a former Jazz fan he used to strike fear deep in my heart. I knew he was good, my friends knew he was good, god damn my whole city knew he was good. I just think it had more to do with Hakeem's accent and his non-american roots more than the color of his skin. I don't even think Dirk is getting the love he deservers. Dirk is my first runner up for mvp than Yao. Hey, I love the rockets more than sex at times... but I'm being realistic here. Dirk brought the mavs back and I hate the mavs.
I just watched it and I recognize the voice of the guy that chimes in from the background every once in a while. When NBATV did their predictions before the season started he put the Rockets at 1st in the Southwest Division (and in the West overall) and said that if they stay healthy everyone will see why he picked them. That's why he made the comment about the health at the end of the highlights. I like that guy
My favourite NBA broadband moment was when Rick Kamla of NBA Fantasy BBall said 'What more can you want from Yao?! He's 7'6, gets 26 points and 12 rebounds per game, Manute Bol, Gheorghe Mureşan, these guys are all tall, but not like Yao Ming! For those hater who say (in a deep and slow voice) 'Yo dude, he's slow, he's a stiff. Look at these numbers dude! 26 pts and 12 rebounds, Deal with THAT!" OMG, when Kamla said that, I just couldn't hold myself, I burst out laughing at his comments.
