Thank goodness that the NBA and the Rockets are the best role models for healthy athletes in Houston and around the world.

We all know that boys and girls do not need drugs to score points at basketball. And despite the off the field problems with players and some corrupt refs, the sport itself is pure. Yao's hook shot is the result of his practice, not some substance. Hakeem's spin move and footwork is a result of his agility.

Though the Rockets season has it ups and downs, we as basketball and NBA fans have no doubt that the game itself is pure and untainted.

You can take anyone and put them at Toyota Center and put them at the free throw line. Any age, male or female, skinny or fat, short or tall
and with enough practice they can hit a free throw.

you can put the same people at Enron Field and none of them would be able to hit a home run... unless they were strong enough.

    basketball=for everybody

I'm with you, two trainers can dig up 80 names, that makes me think Canceco was right and like 70+% of these losers are on drugs

I remember baseball was once a pure sport:
Nolan Ryan was leading the league in strikeouts
Tony Gwyn was leading the league in hitting.
    It was once pure.

Plus these guys are so arrogant. Pettitte not getting an extra 1 million bucks, Clemens only playing half the season, Alex Rodriguez (Really baseball??? this is your BEST PLAYER?? Compare him to Michael Jordan?? HELL NO!!)

Plus no salary cap? Plus no regulation???!!! I mean Ricky Williams got suspended for years for smoke chronic and that doesn't enhance your abilities for that sport.

Players lying to CONGRESS and AMERICA?? Strike Season shut down the World Series!!??

Thank god we have hoops. Thank Allah, Thank Jesus, Thank Yahweh, Thank Brahma, Thank Dali Lama, Thank Buda, Thank you LORD!

    Question to the Non-American Clutchfans..

What do you think of baseball, Major League Baseball, and steroids?
Is there interest in your country for kids to play this sport?
    is it popular?
what about the players? do they seem like honarable people like Yao Ming or Hakeem Olajuwon?

I highly doubt that the NBA is drug free.

i'm talking about drugs that make your game better,
is there one that makes you get triple doubles?
is there one that makes your free throws better?
is there one that makes get assists?

    NO.

That's because Basketball is a sport of pure skill and true team work.

Like nobody in the NBA does any kind of drug.

I guarantee you there is a long list of pot smokers, and probably steroid users as well. Steroids might not help you make a jumpshot, but they sure as hell will help you move the likes of Shaq and Dwight Howard. Just like steroids don't help a batter hit a ball, just help it to go farther.

There is always a reason to be bigger, stronger, and faster. That's why there will always be the possibility of performance enhancing drugs.

These tinman threads with all the pictures and articles and crap are annoying, and I know I already know I'm a "hater".

Basketball is a great sport and my favorite, but to make a thread like this is naive and dumb.

Is there one that can make you stronger?
is there one that can help you throw down harder?
is there one that can help you heal better during a long season?
is there one that will make you faster?
    is there one . . . . . . . . . .

Steroids will help you break the baseball home run mark.

If Tmac does Roids does that make us beat Utah last year? Does Roids help Rafer with his jumper? Nope. Nope.

Where's the article that proves that drugs help you become a better basketball player? Where's the MITCHELL REPORT on the NBA?

Why do you keep reading my stuff if you are a 'hater'?
