Please lock it up if already posted.

No surprise that a lot of people think Scola is the missing piece...but I am personally fed up on the "health" issues.....

    GO ROCKETS!!!

The term "missing piece" is a positive reference to Scola, not a "weak point".

Well.... time for us to earn that spot.
No more saying ESPN just hates us after ranking us ahead of Utah.

Enough with these rankings let the season begin so we can validate ourselves as the number one team by winning it all.

I don't really understand anyone thinks these rankings are important. Most of the time, these guys that make them don't know any more about basketball than you do, and they're basically just what everybody thinks is true anyways...

I like his top 5 except for the Pistons. The Wizards are much too low at #14.

    1. Spurs
    2. Rockets
    3. Suns
    4. Celtics
    5. Mavericks

If the AK47 situation works out positively for the Jazz I would put them at no 5 instead of Dallas. I put the Spurs at 1 out of respect for their championships, but I think we have the better team this year. [clutch city returns!!!!!!]

I agree. The homer in me says doh, while the inner Spock says fascinatingly no.

    Wilcox it is. Thanks!

I do need a F/C. Unfortunately he's gone. I tried for him last round BUT I just realized Kristic is available. His numbers in an abbreviated 25 games last season were pretty impressive. He may be a better pick than Wilcox. Let's see what I can scrape from the bottom of the fantasy barrel.

Sorry for derailing bagul, but thanks for the help guys.

haha nice call, he was my last pick. with brand out until at least feb he seemed like a safe bet considering his preseason stats. they couldve used a guy like.... hm Wilcox. ;)

i havent fantasy drafted since like 02. this is fun.

on a terrible team, scola could be maybe make more of a statistical impact. unfortunately, glue doesn't stick well on fantasy rosters. even still, who at this point is betting for scola to have a below avg season? its a tricky proposition betting against a guy like him as he appears to us now.

I was thinking that the other day. Every season preview for us mentions it. Unfortunately, were going to get that label until our two stars can stay healthy for an entire season.
