NBA Players Galore at the Fit Gym

    Being that i've been in town more working on some housing projects i'm building I got a membership at the Fit club on Waugh and W. Clay.

    The last few times i've been coming there is a back row with four BMW 745's and 760's and bunch of tricked out Cadillac Escalade's and lo and behold there are like 6 or 7 NBA'ers and other athletes working out there. I'm on the computer at the gym right now and Robert Horry, Damon Stoudamire, that white kid that was playing center for Phoenix that is out of San Jac I think and another two guys that I recognize but can't put my finger on who they are. I've seen Boki here some time back as well.

    Thats also why I quit driving my Benz to the gym and am driving my brother's Escalade w/ 22' wheels to fit in the back row!!

    That's cool. What kind of exercises are they doing? Just your basic bench press and such?

    Is the white kid Jake Voshkul? I think he went to Strake Jesuit and know he followed that up at Connecticut

    Horry and Jake train up there quite regularly with a guy named James. They've got GREAT equipment...(The GYM not the players you sick bastards!!) :D

    Oh yeah, well we got destroyed by some 5A high school in Strake's Winter Classic BBall Tourney, and like uh, Jake was there..... and so were the Calvin Murphy's, Jr. and Sr. :p

    BTW my HS BBall team kicked ass, we graduated like 30 total kids my senior year and along with being invited to the Strake Winter Classic managed to take out Episcopal (twice), Second Baptist and won State and Nationals in our crap-ass ACE division, another :p for you.


    /feeling a bit like Al Bundy :D

    We (tiny 3A school) played Jesuit in a tourney when i was a freshman and Voshkul and Leblanc were still there. They beat us by about 60.

    Whatever happened to Leblanc? I know he went to UCONN with Jake, but it seems he never got any playing time.

    LeBlanc eventually wound up at Vanderbilt his 2nd season; he didn't pan into anything though.
