Jayson Williams Jason Williams Jason Kidd Jason Terry Jason Caffey Charlie/Chuck/Charles?? Chris? Tim? Othella? Or maybe it's Steve? Sorry Fadeaway, but i think you got your numbers wrong. Between BobFinn*, Dr_of_Dunk and myself we usually submit more than 245 pointless post in a week. TaDah ------------------ CUT Tino Isn't it amazing how quickly everyone did a Cat Backflip!!!!!
Not counting near-matches such as "Jayson" and "Jason" since they're different names, from what I could find "Chris" and "Michael/Mike" were the most common names. There are at least 11 of each in the NBA. There were 10 "Johns/Johnnies". If you want to count "Anthony"'s and "Tony"'s as equal, there were at least 11 of those, too. Chris's: Chris Webber Chris Whitney Chris Mullin Chris Mills Chris Herren Chris Gatling Chris Dudley Chris Crawford Chris Childs Chris Carr Chris Antsey Mikes: Michael Stewart Michael Smith Michael Ruffin Michael Olowokandi Michael Hawkins Michael Finley Michael Doleac Michael Dickerson Michael Curry Michael Cage Mike Bibby I don't guarantee the data, though. ------------------ Just shut up and post

How about Last names ?? Antiono Davis Baron Davis Dale Davis Emanuel Davis Hubert Davis Mark Davis Ricky Davis And of Course the most popular last name in the NBA ; "Williams" Aaron Williams Alvin Williams Eric Williams Jason Williams Jayson Williams Jerome Williams John "Hot Rod" Williams Lorenzo Williams Monty Williams Scott Williams Shammond Williams and our own Walt Williams who Im looking at his NBA.com Bio and it says he appeared in the 1996 music Video "only want to be with you" by Hootie and the Blowfish ------------------ Proud owner of 271 different Hakeem Olajuwon Basketball cards
While I realize he's not in the NBA anymore, you left off the great Micheal Williams of Baylor University. He shattered Calvin's streak of most consecutive free throws with 97 in a row. He was actually having a pretty decent career until he shattered is heal in the first minute of the first game in 1997, I believe. At least he won an NBA championship with the Pistons! And I got to hold the ring! ------------------ Get your proper swirve on...visit www.swirve.com (coming in mid-June, for now visit www.eesite.com)

My sincerest apologies DoD.... I had no idea that you were a slave to the job like that! I can relate with a little escape time here and there. I, too, live here in Dallas and if I ever had to work hours like that I would truly go mad. I am talking the straight jacket, padded room, the whole nine bro! ------------------ HOOP-T Hey Shaq, Acme called, and they want their bricks back!
