Great game by Agent 0. Something to watch, if you have the time.

oh, them be the days, of idolizing sub-40% shooters.

Still remember when the man was putting up like 28 PPG...and considered close to Kobe-tier.

how the times, they are a-changin

To be fair, in 05-06 he put up over 29 a game, shooting 45%, over 80 at the line while getting 6 assists and 2 steals a game.

Guy went from an underdog you could cheer for to one of the egotistical athletes ever.

Yeah that's real sad, he bought into his skills too much and when he got hurt thought he was the same guy.

Every good NBA player thinks that they are the best.

I don't think Gil was egoistical at all if you compare him to people like Kobe.

And for a while, Gil was really really good.

Sad to see what injuries can do

Kobe is condescending and arrogant. But he knows how good he is and what he can do. That's what makes him great. He plays his strengths and compensates for say... his declining athleticism with improved shooting.

Gilbert tries to do too much with what he has. It worked when he had a lot of athleticism and skill. Now, it's not going to work.
