    2 things.

    1. It is possibly a beta version, in which case it will probably have many flaws.

    2. He didn't scan it himself, as he advertised the PS2 version yet the picture is marked PC.

    I highly doubt this is legit.

    While the seller does have some positive feedback, I wouldn't risk it.

    How much sooner would you be getting it than the official release date? Is it worth the possibility of losing 35-45 dollars with nothign to show for it?

    Jus' go play Live2003 for a lil while longer... :)
