I live in Nashville and I noticed that the NBA has some sort of deal with InDemand where you can get the NBA League Pass for $149? Is that a flat rate for the whole season? Last I knew I thought you had to have Direct TV to get it... is this true or is InDemand a new feature where you can get League Pass with digitial cable. Let me know if you guys can help me clear this up? Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but what the heck!
its not just for direct tv.I have digital cable and i got it. Just call up your local cable company and tell them you want to get the nbapass and they'll take care of the rest ------------------
How much did you pay for it? Is it just one payment of 150 or do you pay 150 per month? Thanks. ------------------ "Yes Steve, it IS OK to break Stockon's ankles more twice in a row." - Rudy T
It is $149 for the entire season. They also have a 4 payment plan, $37.25 for 4 months. ------------------ In order to be a success in life, you need 2 things: 1. Don't tell everything you know.

i have AT&T digital cable that claims to have indemand pay per view or whatever it's called, but the cable company says they dont have nba league pass. Damn you Alabama and your braindead football fans! ------------------ Hakeem, Hasaw, Haconquered.
NBA league pass is $218/yr in NYC....apparently there is some sort of toll booth that the digital packets must oblige before they can travel the optical fibers into Manhattan... ------------------
Damm...wish we had things like that here in Sydney. I'd pay a small fortune for that! ------------------
Well, I just got off the phone with Intermedia (my digital cable company) and the jerk said that they don't offer the NBA League Pass, but he said he would be happy to sell me more movie channels! A%$hole! Anyways, I really hope there is someway to get this thing, I got to see the guys play this year since they aren't on tv anywhere near me! ------------------ Langhi has got to still be pissed that Vandy didn't get into the big dance.
Jeff in vandy, and anyone else interested, here is the directv that I purchased. It is FREE!!! The only stipulation is you must subscribe to ANY directv package within 30 days of recieving the dish. All you pay is the shipping charge, $14.95. It is easy to put up yourself, it comes with easy to understand instructions. http://mini-dish.com/ It is a deal not to be passed up, mainly cause you get to see EVERY SINGLE ROCKET GAME!!! Need I say More? ------------------ In order to be a success in life, you need 2 things: 1. Don't tell everything you know.
Bob*, is this site for real? i mean it sounds a little too good to be true. Is it the same dish that costs like $200 at circuit city? Also, how long does it take to ship? Thanks. ------------------ Hakeem, Hasaw, Haconquered.
Kenny, it is for real. I couldn't believe it either. I paid $14.95 for shipping, THATS IT. It took 5 days to get mine. ------------------ In order to be a success in life, you need 2 things: 1. Don't tell everything you know.
Dish Network SUX!!! When I called Dish they told me they don't offer either NBA League Pass nor The TUBE (Channel 55). I never thought I'd want to switch back to cable (but I've heard Time-Warner offers The Tube). Why in the world did the Rockets switch to a station based in Conroe? Is anyone else having this problem with Dish Network? ------------------
