I was yelling for my teams to draft Portis. What idiots. And you know that Portis may even grow taller and be able to play C too?
Be a fan of a team that needs a 38 y.o player who is about to leave in fa and a pg who is always injured and accused of gang rape with the most jackass FO in all the sport? Yeah how awesome. *puke*
The Bulls are the rockets of the east except they have better players. Super inconsistent though and get beat by the bad teams much like our rockets.
> Gasol is 35. > Rose has missed 7 games this year (out of 46) > Bulls and their FO are above .500 while the Rockets and their FO, aren't. Not sure where the hate stems from.
> WOW big difference. > Rose has missed tons of games since he got his new contract > Wake me up when the Rockets FO chockes a coach. Not sure where the admiration of a crap team with crap management stems from. Two of their starters are dinosaurs and one of them is about to leave. Rockets > Bulls. Any day of the week.
It is a big difference, when you're talking about athletes. Would you rather have 38 year old Duncan, or 35 year old Duncan? 34 year old Wade or 31? Gasol can still ball, and he's going to get a big contract. Pretty good for a 38 year old, right? Thibs never reached the promised land with the Bulls. Despite them always being in the mix, it was probably good for the Bulls to have a "change of scenery," as it were. Thibs isn't a bad coach - but I think both parties needed to change. And, remind me, McHale is still coaching the Rockets, right? Oh wait, they FIRED McHale just like Thibs was let go? Or have you tuned out this season like a lot of CFers? Wake up. lol. McHale didn't leave of his own volition. Remind me where I said I admired the Bulls? Good job answering my question by putting words in my mouth, btw.
Gasol can't guard a simple PNR. His defence is godawful but it doesn't matter because he will leave. And so the third scorer of the Bulls will go puff. Yes I see the change of scenery how good it is. That the new coach who got such a big fat contract, is godawful. He can't even implement his own system and his star player is calling him out in the press. The Rockets are in a much better situation than the Bulls and there is no reason for a Rocket fan to envy a Bull fan..apart from their luck to draft MJ. That's it. Cheaper owner than Les. Scumbag FO who is there for like 20 years and will never leave and who once choked his own coach ran Thibs out of town with dirty smear campaign and installed bugs in the office. Unable to EVER do a trade because of delusions. Broken down overpaid pg. Awful medical staff, worse than the Rockets by far who almost killed Deng. Two starters over the age of 30 by far who the team relies on. Handpicked Coach vastly overpaid who is the goldenboy of the FO and will stay as long as they in their little world of yes man and nepotism. I envy nothing about the Bulls.
