Awesome...thanks for posting. They showed Hayes's strip of Garnett at the beginning,,,I think it should have been a top 10 play. Didn't he follow it by dribbling all the way down the court and almost scored (fouled?)
It was the game Chuck and KG got into it a few times. After stealing the ball from KG, Chuck got a big ovation from the fans. On the next play he got the ball at the top of the key, spun past KG, drove to the basket, made a beautiful pass to Jordan Hill, then J Hill got fouled. One of my favorite games of the season. Loved seeing the Chuckwagon get crunk on Garnett. :grin:
That was really fun to watch. Chuck really took his game to a new level this season. The trip-dub was the cherry on top. Not bad for the shortest center in NBA history.
I thought he was going to dunk it on Garnett. That was a crazy moment. Crazy game. This is why I love the Rockets.
I thought Patterson's "Patsquatch" dunk on a fast break where he took off not too far inside the free throw line and throws it down at full speed, with his momentum carrying his body toward the goalposts that he swings back like a pendulum was one of the top plays.
Chuck Hayes could have probably been the next Wes Unseld if he had a post up game and midrange jumper, cause Wes was only 6'7 at center, yet still dominated.
