How is LeBron James ranked above Michael Jordan regarding athleticism?

Hey, Steve Aschburner is allowed to fail just like the rest of us.

Olajuwon needs to be right near the top of that list, if not at the top.

Honorable mentions: O'Neal, Thompson, Kemp, Havlicek, Oscar Robertson, Julius Erving, John Havlicek, Hakeem Olajuwon, Steve Nash, Shawn Marion, Dennis Rodman.

    Ok it's lol worthy

Durability taken into consideration sounds like the only logical explanation to this.

It's an ok list, but there are some people missing though (on HMs)...

    Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter
Scottie Pippen (he's actually dunk from the free throw line before)
    Tom Chambers
If Steve Nash is on the HM list, you have to put Zeke (Isiah Thomas to youngsters), Kevin Johnson, and Magic Johnson.
    Ralph Sampson
Kevin Garnett (considering Dennis Rodman and Steve Nash is on the list)
    Earl Monroe
    Anfernee Hardaway (pre injury)
    Walt Frazier
    Allen Iverson
    Charles Barkley
    Kenny Anderson
    Our own Clyde Drexler
Aryvdas Sabonis (understandable, was a broken down shell of himself in his NBA stint)

I can easily find more players who challenge some of the selections and honorable mentions.

I even forgot the "great" Kobe.

    James Worthy

    Amar'e Stoudemire

    Spud Webb (considering his height)

    Nate "Tiny" Archibald

    Jason Richardson

Brent Barry (early in his career)

The author doesn't seem to be operating from any single standard and the list jumps all over the map, often contradicting itself. If it's raw physical prowess, there's no excuse not to have Barkley (how else could he put up those numbers, at that position and height?). If it's overall strength and conditioning, where's Karl Malone? If it's refined skill and coordination, Kobe should be in the mix. Pippen?
