http://www.nba.com/2010/news/features/fran_blinebury/09/14/lebron-durant/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt1 So true, Lebron's more diva than T-mac. He is really lucky he was born so big strong and fast.
Blinebury is more than a little late with this. A very stale article that could have been spliced together from the multitude already covering the exact same topic.
Lebron's also more of a winner than T-Mac. That second comment is just weird. Just about every player in the NBA is big and athletic. Very few of them would be playing in the league if they were 5'10" and 180 lbs like an average American.
I think it is. But it was his decision to make that show celled the decision. It was one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. Now he is paying the price.
Allen Iverson once told LeBron that there would be a day where everyone would turn on him, and I think he hold him earnestly. I suspect that LeBron knew he would be facing this eventually. Using Kevin Durant's first extension as a reference point is asinine considering he wasn't an unrestricted free agent. LeBron's first contract extension went without incident as well.
There needs to be MORE Lebron hate because the guy is a douche for how he handle the whole situation and he needs to learn how much of a douche he is. It's all about Kevin Durant now - he should send Lebron a thank you card for marginalizing himself and setting Kevin up as the saint and good guy of the NBA.
i remember there was a lot of speculation because LeBron didnt sign the full 5 year extension and just the three year extension so he could be a FA in 2010. Thats when the Knicks and some of these other teams started to put together a 2010 plan. It became even more so when Wade and Bosh did the same.
I don't remember much speculation back then about them teaming up. I remember everyone thinking they signed the shorter contracts so they could get one more long term deal in under the current CBA.
This just proves an NBA chamionship means much more to them than a gold medal. I dont blame Lebron, or any other player..
THis is just hype for a new "rivalry" theyre trying to build. Theyre gonna move on from Kobe vs Lebron to Durant vs Lebron. All part of marketing
agreed. before Lebron was sorta the Babyface, and Kobe was the Villain Now that Lebron has made a 180 Heel turn, Durant is the new Babyface
Looks like every one hates Le-Bandwagon so much they are trying to hype Durant to no end. time for a new basketball messiah.
The only bandwagon I've seen lately is the one full of idiots who think it's clever to refer to Lebron James as Le[fill in insult here].
Hell yeah he is, but man, gotta agree, so so dumb, who thinks that would have ever have been a good idea?!
