unless we get fernandez and the blazers pick and get whiteside or whoever the rockets want with their pick...that still wouldnt fulfill my expectations but oh well

Me neither. I think he will be better than most choices at the 14th pick, but he wants minutes and there isn't much here.

Fernandez and Ricky Rubio love on this board has to slow down. One is an average bench role player, the other hasn't played a single game yet.

I like Fernandez but trust Morey can get more out of the 14th pick somehow.

I wouldn't either. If we land him, could Fernandez be a part of another deal? I think he is a little redundant for the Rockets unless there are other moving parts

Doesn't say if Houston is offering their first rounder like Toronto is, but I would welcome Rudy to Houston if we don't give up too much.

Fernandez and 22nd for the 14th makes a little sense. I think moving up would cost the Rockets a lot more than this. With this deal, Rockets keep their core and add two more assets. Knowing Morey, he might just trade the 22nd for another young asset and a 2010 second rounder.

Isn't Pritchard on the outs over there? That'd be too sweet if he FINALLY got Morey'd on his way out the door. Does he have any say at this point?

wow. rudy fernandez is underrated here. he's a pretty good player. moves without the ball. likes to run. can shoot the 3. has good handles and can make nice assists. cant say anything about his defense though.

id give them battier for fernandez.
