I think we've all tried out the demo.. Just wanted to see everyones reactions. Some changes with the free-throws, and the jumpshots are a little different along with the controlling. Feel free to comment whether you're excited, disappointed, or feel like it's just the same as 11.

Im excited except for the rookies I heard wont be in it due to the lockout.....I think they took out the hop stepping which I use alot, but the new post up system is awesome. I had trouble with the previous one....

No rookies blows but there should be a downloadable patch for it.

Is it just me or is the demo a little slow? Just everything happens slow

how is the jumpshot different? i checked out the demo, but i couldn't see a difference. still right stick, release like in 2k10/11. maybe i didn't notice it.

seems like the pass defense is tuned down a bit...which is good. better defense than 2k10, but not as crazy as 2k11 where pretty much every cross court pass is stolen even though the defender is not looking.

i doubt the hop step is gone, i think is probably now a left trigger + left stick move like crossovers are. if its gone then no more hopstep cheesers which is kind of a good thing.

fast break dribble is more realistic and post play is also different...but i couldn't figure it out since the demo doesn't come with any help/menu.
