And with the #20 pick in the 1991 NBA draft, the Houston Rockets select ---- John Turner (Phillips)

The man looked like he was fifty years old. Please, someone locate a picture.

    6. Glide - mostly sentimental over the championship
    7. Yao - moving up
    8. Francis - too talented to leave off

How can you put Yao Ming there and not Steve Francis? Look at their careers as Rockets. Not even close.

If the list is based on how they made me proud to be a fan, Mario Elie has to be #2, if for nothing else, the kiss he blew to the Phoenix bench. But since Rudy gave the "Heart of a Champion" speach, I guess they should be tied.

    1. Dream
    2. Elie/Rudy T.
    3. Horry/Cassell (so many clutch performances)
    4. Clyde Drexler
    5. Kenny Smith
    6. Yao Ming
    7. Steve Francis/Cat Mobley (despite their many faults, they have been the cornerstone of the Rockets rebuilding to where they are now)
    8. Vernon Maxwell (pre 1995)
    9. Otis Thorpe
    10. Scott Brooks, towel in hand.
