Does anyone know what the name of the song/work/whatever is that Handsome Boy Modeling School used as the backing for "Look At This Face (Oh My God They're Gorgeous)"? I've done all the Google searches I can think of, and the articles I've found that mention that song don't say what it's from. I think it's really famous -- about as famous as Beethoven's 5th, which another one of their songs uses -- but I don't know it. Help! I don't know if this will help, but it sounds like this, with stress on the 1st, 4th, 7th, etc. beats: 5 4 5 1 _ 5 5 4 5 0 _ 5 6 5 6 2 _ 5 7 6 7 3 _ 7 Higher numbers are higher-pitched; underscores are held notes. I'm not guaranteeing an exact representation of the intervals in the song, but that's somewhat close.

I was a little off on my transcription; it's actually this: Bb A Bb F -- Bb Bb A Bb Eb -- etc. www.parfaitole.com revealed that it's the first movement of Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 6. Yay computers! (Before I tried looking for melody search engines, I trimmed my "Look At This Face" mp3 down to the relevant part of the song. In case anyone cares, here's the result.)
