Equipment wise: Alot of stuff, Sanitizers, Pedicure chairs, Autoclave, Files, Stations, Chairs, powders, polish, etc. Hiring workers: Depends on what type of workers you're looking for. When I managed one, we put flyers out at stores and people would start calling us. Than we interview them, test out their work, and make them sign a contract. We have three nail salons out right now, One in Bay Colony (Bay Colony nail spa), Pearland (Nails II), and Silverlake (SIlverlake nail spa). There's alot of competition out, so you would have to do something that stands out. The stores I name above have lots of traffic that come in and out.

Other than a brothel you're talking a lot of inventory and overhead for the other businesses. Nail salons don't require as much initial outlay in cash. I have about 10 nail salons throughout my family. They do pretty decently. I think my sister pulls nearly 6 figures.

Sure, I'll help you out. But an advice is,there are alot of Nail salons out there, lots of competition. Bigger Nail salons do better. The start out range for a bigger nail salon say 2000-3000 square feet will range in about 200-300k. Its a job where you have to stay very dedicated to. Lots of hours, but if you're committed the payout is good.Email me any questions, and I'll try my best to answer them. Nothing feminine about this. Business is Business.

hmm, "do not mind where it comes from." I have a list of interesting "side projects" one might want to partake in. what could possibly go wrong?

take it from an asian person, if you ever even think about owning a business where it's been saturated up the heiney already with asian owners, you're gonna be in a world of hurt. it's pretty cut throat.

Example: the dry cleaning business. near where i live, there's like 3-4 dry cleaners within a 1/4 mile. the price cuts at each store is so low, i wonder how they make money.

Buy cocaine in bulk and then sell it to end users. That will really get you some big returns. Assuming you really do not mind where your income comes from. :D
