Ok, I'm getting loud goaning noise anytime I turn my steering wheel, I replaced the Power Steering Pump and the groaning sound is still there. Any ideas on what might be causing this.

    1) Steering wheel fluid - make sure the reservoir isn't below the "min" level.

    2) I think old steering wheel fluid will also cause the sound, so replacing the fluid may also solve the problem.

    3) The lines to your steering wheel fluid reservoir may need replacing.

    4) Check your CV boots on your tires... make sure the boots aren't cracked. If they've cracked or become ripped off, you may be on the verge of wrecking your cv joints.

It could be the bushings or ball joints. Try replacing the bushings or adding some grease to them. They might be dry rotted. Also it might be a problem with the shaft that goes from the steering column to the steering gear.
