First of all I would like to say this:

1 ATM for the whole stadium??????????? That was a helluva lot of fun to wait in line for nearly 20 minutes and miss almost the entire 2nd quarter (which now Im glad we did miss).

    Second:
Its easy as hell to get close to the players and better seats. We were in the lower level, but at halftime we sat 2 rows back on the FLOOR and were in arms reach of Sean Elliot commentating. If anyone heard or saw 2 very drunk and obnoxious Rockets fans to the left of Sean and the other dude on FSSW....... that was us.

Im pretty sure everyone knew that we werent supposed to be sitting there because we didnt have long sleeve Ralph Laurens, chinos, and Kenneth Cole's on. But who cares...... We cheered loud and proud and didnt care that everyone was staring at us. And of course we were the only ones standing up when Mooch hit a 3, or Willis made a dunk.

All I have to say is this: Everyone needs to try and scam some good seats at some point in your lifetime. If you get caught who cares because you can play dumb and go back to your crap seats. Floor seats at half court arent worth the price, but if you can somehow get them you will not be disappointed.

    :D :D :D :D

When I went to the Alamodome, they had ushers in red suits checking tickets on the floor. Those are like the four rows immediately surrounding the court that is then surrounded by a track.

    Is that where you sat?

Lucky if it is. The closest I got were seats next to the visitors tunnel. Its kind of a weird view however they are great to get autographs and high fives.

Yep we sat in the 3rd row to the left of Sean Elliot/FSSW-Spurs broadcast booth (if you are watching on TV). Basically half court floor seats.

During halftime, everyone is running around on the floor area, and it was pretty disorganized from what I saw. We just walked to some vacant seats (which had not been folded down) with no problems. There was no usher in a red suit where we sat at half court. We just acted like they were ours. :D

I watched the game on league pass and S Elliot did say "Rockets fans just went crazy", when Mooch hit the 3. I guess that must have been you...:D :D

Its nice that Elliot was paying attention to the fans and not Tony "Jesus" Parker for that one brief moment!!

I met Elliot after the game.. Real genuine guy, cool, and friendly to me even though I was wearing Rocket gear. The dude has been through a lot, and we all know he was not blessed with commentating skills, but everyone in SA loves the dude......

DD that had to be you that was easily overheard cheering for the Rox while I was watching league pass. I mean, it sounded like Sean Elliot himself was going "woooooooo-hooooo" every time the Rox scored. That had to be you coming through on their mikes if you were sitting that close and cheering that loud. I was watching and commenting on how that Rocket fan scored those great seats. Way to go!
