    starting with

1.Now that the rockets most likely wont make the playoffs, i say we start expirementing with other line ups possibly play hill more see what armstrong has and etc.

2.Battier,i think the rockets need to do something with battier in the off season possibly a block buster deal in volving him or just trading him straight up to a team that need a defender.

3.Bundinger,i think he needs more playoing time i think he has proved his self this season and he deserves more minutes over battier indeed i think if the rockets trade battier in the off season, budinger will absolutley step up next season

4.off-season, i think the rockets will get a big named player if its amare, bosh, whoever i think that will make the rockets a contender no doubt next season with the addition of martin and even jeffries and hill

5.which brings me to my next point i think we are good regardlessof who we start at the point next season if its lowry great if its brooks great i think thats a problem alot of nba teams would want to have

6.Predictions,i think we end up getting amare in the off-season cause morey went after him hard before the trade deadline and i think the rockets trade battier for a quality bench player so i think the starting line up is like this next-season

    PG:Aaron Brooks/Kyle Lowry
    SG:Kevin Martin/Chase Budinger
    SF:Trevor Ariza/whoever we trade for battier?maybe a starter who knows/Chase Budinger
    PF:Amare Stoudamire/Luis Scola/Jordan hill
    C:Yao Ming/Chuck Hayes/Hilton Armstrong

Battier could be useful when Yao gets back next season

Wonder what is with all the fascinations about Amare. With the addition of Kevin Martin, the last thing we need is another scorer that can't/will not defend.

Amare is a pretty good fit when we are playing Batriza as our wings, but now?

With Brooks, KMart and the returning of Yao. We have 3 players that is expected to score, along with Ariza and Scola who could score 20 on any given night. So what does Amare brings to the table?

more useful than other players we have at the same position? Ariza, Martin, Budinger? there are only so many minutes to go around.

i could see the amar'e deal being brought up again, especially if amar'e opts in. that's an ideal morey move, you get to test drive the car for a year before committing to 5 or 6. If he opts out, it may be more difficult to work something out, it could happen.

    Amare-No Way.

If the Suns aren't willing to provide medical records, we don't want him with Yao.

    I can see it now.

2010-11- 1st game of the season-Yao and Amare collided into each other going for a rebound. Both players will be out for the next 81 games.

This is a good question. We seem to have enough scoring options as it is. Amare has never put up big rebounding numbers and he isn't a consistent defensive player.

Bosh, however, would be an excellent fit next to Yao. He's consistently among the league's best on the glass. Yao is very good at being a positional rebounder and keeping his man off the glass. We need someone like Bosh who could cover a lot of ground and track down errant rebounds.

Not suggesting getting Chris Bosh would be a layup, but I think the Rockets have been gathering assets with him as the primary target. Of course, it certainly doesn't hurt that he's capable of averaging 20 pts/game either.

With a mediocre W-L record at the end of the season, our draft pick will be very interesting. We could either go after a PF in the draft, we could draft the best talent available and trade it, or we trade the pick straight up along with some assets on our team right now and acquire a strong starting PF (hopefully BOSH)
