    Use more toilet paper. It will get your bowels moving.

    Eat smaller portions. Rather than large meals eat small snacks.

    Man this is great haha, I know where your coming from idk about lasting 15 minutes with crap coming out of me but usually I'll just dot on the toilet for a lil longer than needed to but it's just so relaxing.

    Could be. If you're not drinking enough fluids, that is.

    If you are eating a lot of fiber, you need to make sure you're well-hydrated.

    Of course, you need to make sure you're well-hydrated whether you're eating a lot of fiber or not.

    ↓ fluids = ↑ constipation.
