Ok, I admit it, this is totally shameless! I work at the Savannah Morning News/SavannahNOW in Digital Media Production, however I am venturing into the world of "content" in our department. Our management wants people to start "Blogging" to connect with people. My passion of course is the NBA. The NBA and Savannah don't mix. Savannah is more about golf and nascar! Yuck! I dont care though, I might be the only NBA fan in Savannah but I am going to support it dammit! Which leads me to my request. I got our content team to put up a Front Page poll on the NBA this weekend. And it ties into my latest NBA Blog. I would be honored if everyone went and at least voted in the poll. (I would hate for the weekend to end with like 10 votes in the poll, 8 probably from me). And if you want to post a comment to my Blog, please do so as well. (but dont mention I asked you guys to come over there. ) Keep in mind with my Blog...its written for a certain type of audience, one that's not quite as sophisticated in the NBA as you guys. I am trying to slowly teach these people! Anyway the POLL is here, http://www.savannahnow.com/ Just scroll down a bit and it's on the left. BTW, on the Poll, you can vote more than once, but only after like 2 or 3 IPs have voted will it allow you to vote again. So come by in the morning, afternoon and night and make your selections. Thanks guys for indulging in this shameless plug. Hey, I got to do whatever I can to get this town of Savannah into the NBA. This is my start. Poll: http://www.savannahnow.com/ Blog: http://blogs.savannahnow.com/blog/121 Chris P.S. Clutch, dont kill me for this shameless plug!
not too bad Deuce You got 108 as of right now. (including mine) I gotta say tho, Im glad we get the more advanced Deuce takes in this forum. now..idea time...you gotta give a mention of the Clip series, with two of our favorite ex-Rockets and all...plus the most under-appreciated bigman in the league.
Who in their right mind could respond favorably to your shameless plug? Who says I'm in my right mind as respond favorably I did. Good luck! BTW - what Savannah lacks as a great NBA stronghold it makes up for by being deep in the midnite garden of all good and some evil. (What a lousy flic after having been a good read.)
