I don't know, but after I saw some of the entries, I had to enter.

This is what I wrote. BTW, Anyone with a Camcorder that is willing to videotape my ass? Free drinks all night. Y'all let me know.

Dude, obviously, this has to be anonymous, but I've seen your **** in Twin Pauls Minne a decade ago! I do like that you made it your own, and I'll keep watching.

Here's a thought for ya! Throw two oysters in between two patties, Add some parsley, butter, garlic and salt. Pinch them however you can (I use corn skewers) and sear them for 4 minutes on each side in pure 1 Tbs. butter.

Serve with a garlic mashed potato (which is nothing more than boiling your potatoes for 1 1/2 hours, then drain, then mush, and add spices and milk.

And a veggie. (For me, I've learned to hate fruits, and I've loved to learn veggies. There isn't any "bad" way to go about it, bit with garlic mashed potatoes, obviously green beans, or even brussell sprouts do, depending on the patron. But most want the creamed spinach. So, here goes:

    3 lb baby spinach
    1 1/4 cups whole milk
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Saute the spinach in one skillet, and saute the onions in another. I know everyone goes ape-**** about roux, but just toss the onions into the spinach skillet, set both to low (they were both set on med. originally,)

Addthe flour and the HEAVY METAL cream and whisk anywhere from 1-3 minutes. You'll notice the thickening. If you don't,. the microwave is to your right. Abandon all hopes of cooking.

To be fair, as long as you've been able to pay attention to both pans you're done! Congratulate the ones who like it and beat the crap outta those who don't.
