PG: Dwayne Wade SG: Kevin Durant SF: Rudy Gay PF: Chris Bosh C: Tyson Chandler PG: Jarryd Bayless SG: Michael Redd SF: Mike Miller PF: Lamrcus Aldridge BN: Marvin Williams BN: Tyshaun Prince BN: Carl Landry!!!!!
I would guess you had a late first round pick in a 10 team league and drafted in order: Bosh, Gay, Durant, Redd, Aldridge, Miller, Chandler and Bayless ... then your bench. You will have no assists since you never drafted a PG until the rook Bayless, but you should lead the league in having long, lanky players.
Yeah I was hoping that players like wade durant redd gay can pick up some assists along the way. but yes that is a glaring weakness and bayless is a ?? still. i was going for athletic players that can do some of everything IE... durant Gay Prince.. i had the 9th pick in 10 team league
That'd be a great guess except you left out Wade! Is this an 8 team league or something? 10 team league, Wade shouldn't go lower than about 5 usually...Bosh at 15ish or whatever, fine... Gay at 25 seems too far down. So I'd assume 8..
i'm trying to package a trade together to get a PG, i was thinking michael redd for maybe tony parker?
Hahaa ... yeah, Wade would definitely be his first round pick. I agree that someone should have picked Gay way before he did.
any advice on my team?: pg:deron williams sg:andre iguodala sf:lebron pf:al jefferson c: chris kaman then i have gerald wallace beasley maggette al thorton al harrington nene jerryd bayless monta ellis i know my pg spot is hurting right now with williams out the first two weeks and ellis out late, but i was able to draft ellis really late because of that. skeptical in having to go the first two weeks with bayless at my PG. too many forwards and a lot of Als on the team.
There were a couple of reaches in the first round ie.. yao. actually brand and wade fell to me. But i took wade just because of brand's injuries and i already knew how wade was in the olympics. brand was kind of a ?
I am kinda stuck in a similar i went for athletic guys that can do a little bit of everything. if Ridenour is available pick him up in a deep league. he will be starting for milwaukee. I think you stick with bayless though alot of upside this year with him.
He might be, I'd got him in a deep, deep deeeeeeeeep league as the last guy on my bench. This is a team I recently drafted in a yahoo 10 team league (9th pick) ... Position ---- Player ---- (Round, Pick #) PG : Joe Johnson (4th #2) SG : Andre Igoudala (3rd,#9) G: Tracy McGrady (6th,#2) SF : Shawn Marion (1st,#9) PF : Al Jefferson (2nd,#2) F: Lamar Odom (7th,#9) C : Al Horford (5th,#9) C: Nene (11th,#9) Bench : TJ Ford (8th,#2) Bench : Derrick Rose (9th,#9) Bench : Beno Udrih (12th, #2) Bench : Rodney Stuckey (14th, #2) Bench : Al Thornton (10th, #2) Bench : Thaddeus Young (13th, #9) Obviously I drafted mostly on value until I realized I needed some assists and then went Ford-Rose to shore up the category that will be most likely led by TJ Ford and aided by T-mac, Joe Johnson, Igoudala, etc. Stuckey could be huge off the bench, and Udrih is a bit of a reach but I'm banking on his assist numbers improving with Artest not there any more controlling the offense.
in a base yahoo league essentially everyone contributes, so you gotta get those diamonds in the rough.
