I actually followed the principles he talks about in this book last year for 3 months and lost 30 pounds and 10% of body fat. A year later I've only gained about 5 pounds back and I'm still in pretty good shape, even though I'm not really following his recommendations anymore. Anyway, pretty cool to see him publish a book about it. I think I'm actually in the book as a case study. :grin:
