I seriously doubted that they were committed to keeping us a serious contender in the West and was proven wrong tonight. We are now a favorite and just a backup center away from being the favorite. I happily admit to being wrong and am still in shock that we got rid of the old guy with the worst contract in NBA history for a guy who has averaged triple doubles in almost three straight seasons. Let me repeat.....averages triple doubles!!!!!!!! I get it that he is a bad egotistical human being, but we don’t have to like the guy to appreciate his competitiveness and amazing skills on the basketball court. With the subtraction of Shumpert and the addition of a couple of big guys (over 6’8”) we will win it all this year!!!
What if the Rockets get Dekker and Lin now to flesh out the roster? I was indifferent for the season. Hyped now!!
thats jumping the gun a bit.. in the playoffs Kawhi clearly showed hes better than harden.. and PG13 was more important and a better player than Westbrook last year. Kawhi > Harden PG > Westbrook lets not forget Lebron and Davis.. In any case the NBA got a whole lot more competitive and intersting
