Sorry for posting this so late, but at Noon today Mutombo is coming to the Rotary of Houston to give us a speech about his hospital in Africa and how we can all help this wonderful cause.

Its at noon and the address is on the site: www.rotaryhouston.org

You can say you're Mr. Khan's guest as there should be a large turnout.
The attire is business (suit/tie) and its a $18 cost for the lunch. The funds
we raise go to charity and its a fantastic organization.

    Report:

Had a fantastic speech and presentation by Dikembe, his senior medical advisor and others about his work in the Congo.

Just a fantastic individual and a really nice guy. I actually asked him about his knee and he said the doctors said to keep it moving and that he was going in for treatment and an MRI after the meeting!

Rotary is a great organization and i'm actually coordinating with them to get them some medical equipment that they need from some contacts I have with local hospitals. If anyone is interested, just reply in this thread!
