Great story about a Muslim philanthropist feeding the homeless in D.C. http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local-beat/D_C__Man_Funds_Homeless_Meals_Year_Round_Washington_DC-111559469.html Unfortunately the stories of the crazy extremists get better ratings so stories like this get passed over...
Indeed, the media should care more about these things. The man's obviously funding a terrorist group, and these homeless people will obviously become suicide bombers in the future. The government obviously needs to arrest this man and send him to Guantanamo Bay for some lessons.
I could not open the video. But if you think that I would doubt that many muslims do good things and live a good life, then you are victim to a total misconception. Just because I criticize certain things does not mean I hate anyone or dislike all of them. Just because you constantly complain about some Americans ("the establishment") does not mean you hate all Americans, right? Good for the man that he helps homeless people - good stuff.
If you are posting this to counter the negative crap ATW posts, then you've really let him get to you. Also I don't get the point of the article, does this mean Muslims are capable of kindness? Do people actually question that?(I'm sure ATW does, but I mean normal people
I don't make stuff up, I just post some of the stuff that actually happens. "Normal" depends on the eye of the beholder. There are cultures in the world where stoning is considered "normal". If (even if it is repeatedly) pointing out that that is barbaric makes someone not "normal" in the eyes of those who might consider it normal, then so be it.
I too know of a Muslim who has never suicide-bombed anyone or spoken of placing jihads upon infidels!
I don't think you hate all muslims, but you definitely have a bias. I think it would not be criticized as much as it is here if you solely did not focus on one group(muslims) and only find all the negative stuff you can and put them on here, no positive links and also rarely any negatives for any other types of faith
