How did you like their live show? I've seen them live three times and they've dissapointed every time. It is really hard for them to recreate the great production of their studio albums I have felt.
Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals Live from Mars. How is that new black keys album Dubious? I might need to go pick up a copy this week.
This was my 2nd time seeing them and yeah I had expected the vocals to be a bit stronger and it is difficult to match the character of the studio recordings. That being said, I feel it was still worth driving to Austin for.
Joni Mitchell - Hejira Leonard Cohen - I'm Your Man Rickie Lee Jones - The Flying Cowboys Tom Waits - Rain Dogs
Too short. Songs are too short Album is too short. Seems like they could do 38 minutes in their sleep, but Aurbach said he never wants to get bored with the guitar parts. How anyone could discern any difference is a pretty fine line but it is a little more distorted than Brothers and I didn't love it quite as much as a first impression. But Brothers would be pretty tough to measure up to in my mind anyway, like Zep 3 after Zep 2.
You can't get no better than this. I garontee. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hMZqmW1bpsE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
