Ditto. Their whole discography is pretty solid.

How did you like their live show? I've seen them live three times and they've dissapointed every time. It is really hard for them to recreate the great production of their studio albums I have felt.

This was my 2nd time seeing them and yeah I had expected the vocals to be a bit stronger and it is difficult to match the character of the studio recordings. That being said, I feel it was still worth driving to Austin for.

    Too short.

    Songs are too short
Album is too short. Seems like they could do 38 minutes in their sleep, but Aurbach said he never wants to get bored with the guitar parts.

How anyone could discern any difference is a pretty fine line but it is a little more distorted than Brothers and I didn't love it quite as much as a first impression. But Brothers would be pretty tough to measure up to in my mind anyway, like Zep 3 after Zep 2.

In honor of December 8, 1980, Thursday will be nothing but John Lennon-

    Imagine
    Mind Games
    Walls and Bridges
    Double Fantasy
    Milk and Honey
    Some Time in NYC

and some Beatles tunes for good measure.
