    Another year end list.

    2007 was an amazing year for new music. Almost as good as 2006. Here is my top ten:

    1) The Rosebuds-Night of the Furies
    2) Beirut-The Flying Club Cup
    3) Klaxons-Myths of the Near Future
    4) The National-Boxer
    5) Editors-An End has a Start
    6) Kanye-Graduation
    7) Menomena-Friend and Foe
    8) M.I.A--Kala
    9) Handsome Furs-Plague Park
    10) Interpol- Our Love to Admire

    I can't even name a new album.

    Edit. I take that back. I did get a copy of Bad Brains "Build a Nation". It was ok, definitely their best in many years. I listened to it twice.

    All are classics that we'll enjoy for many years. Our kids will one day study many of these albums the same way we study work of Mozart.

    LOL, I just cut and pasted my list after goggling ‘top selling albums of 2007’. Just trying to make a (stupid) point on the state of the music industry today. And make a good natured joke about how everyone likes to post albums in these threads that they think no one else has heard of.
