I can't think of a so-so one right now, but the remake of "Bullet to Blue Sky" by P.O.D. is great... the original is U2. Both bands can be acquired tastes I guess. Snoop Dogg's remake of La Di Da Di was kinda lame to me... but I liked the original because I was old enough to jam it on the first go 'round.
