What the hell!? I have trouble installing programs. I double click the exe and they just sit....I cntrl/alt/delete and in the "Close Program" box it shows the usual list of whats running and Msqrv32(Not Responding)?! What is this? It took me forever to install the software to my new scanner. Eventually it just did it on a flook (after about 20 crashes!) Any help is much appreciated.
