IMO, he personally shot us out of this game. He was so cold, but was trying to do too much at the most inoppurtune times. It was so bad, TMAC had to take the ball away from him.

Know your limitations, MIKE!!! When you're hot your hot. When you're not sit back and spectate (or drive, or setup someone.....geez  )

And what was everyone else doing? Dallas played TMac perfectly in the 4th, he couldn't even get the ball. Other than TMac, Mike James is our best guy at making plays.

You're right, he was off, but our entire offense stalled completely in the 4th, not just Mike James.

The entire series he has dribbled around looking for HIS shot, and you say he's our best guy (sans T-Mac) at making plays?

umm, he pretty much got us back into the game for the Denver game and end of the 1st/beginning of the second qtr. JVG made plays for him specifically when Tmac and Yao were on the bench. I wouldnt say it was his fault.

He is the only other player on this team that can create his own play and actually comes through.

Mikes James can create his own play. He's one of 3 guys on the team that can do this. Unfortunately, he's the worst of those 3 at it. I really don't want option #3 dictating play at the end of the game. And what's worse about James: he tends to not look to pass, but only shoot, while creating his own play.

James is in serious danger of catching the mindset of death for all good role players: he's close to thinking he's better than he is.

umm, mike james, seriously scares me, even when he's hot.
i dont like the ball in his hands, especially during the final few minutes.

Mcgrady was smart to wave him off on one of the final plays.

We shoulda seriously had Sura in there.
