Just got back from seeing this film. A really sweet, funny movie about a group of gay men in LA. Don't worry there's no graphic sex scenes to make you hetero dudes feel uncomfortable, just some kissing. Some well known actors are in it: Dean Cain (Superman), Timothy Olyphant (Go), Andrew Keegan (10 Things I Hate About You), John Mahoney (Frasier) and Kerr Smith (Dawson's Creek). It may be about gay men but the messages about love and friendship are pretty universal. I give it an A. It's showing in Houston at Landmark Greenway and the Angelika Theatre downtown. In Austin it's at Dobie Theatre and the Regal Arbor 7 on 183. Check it out.
sounds like a movie lonely hearts go see by themselves to sneak a cry and walk away happy. Here's to seeing love and friendship movies with loves and friends. So, do bears cry?
Cool Rm95. Looking forward to your review. By the way, if you're going to see it at the Angelika you can buy tickets at http://www.moviefone.com for just $5.00 instead of $6.75. I guess they do that since you can't get the parking discount this way but they have some free parking spaces on Capitol St on the side of the building.
I'm here in Austin, but thanks. ------------------ "He was under more balls than a midget hooker."-Bobby Hill visit www.swirve.com and, http://www.geocities.com/clutch34_2000 for great Rocket insight by some of your fellow BBS posters!

Rocketman If you see Requiem, you will not be able to do anything else for the rest of the afternoon. Trust me. This is one disturbing film. I saw it about 3 weeks ago and I'm still dazed. ------------------ 'Deeds, not words, shall speak me.'

That's what I've heard, but I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie. Harry Knowles calls it the best of the year. ------------------ "He was under more balls than a midget hooker."-Bobby Hill visit www.swirve.com and, http://www.geocities.com/clutch34_2000 for great Rocket insight by some of your fellow BBS posters!
