    [Movie] Sothland Tales

I rented this (along with Enchanted) tonight. It's a total nonsensical trippy horribly bad good movie.

I don't get stoned anymore but that's how I would have watched this movie during college. It's 30% David Lynch, 20% Repo Man, and 50% every bad B-movie made in the last 30 years.

The music is great. Pixies, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Moby, etc. ...& Justin Timberlake lip synching The Killers.

    Anyone else seen this?

    Don't you mean Southland Tales?

Yeah, I watched it. I was mostly confused throughout the entire movie but for some reason I kept on watching it. All these known actors in it I guess. Although he hardly was in the movie, I enjoyed Christopher Lambert's part. Also, Amy Poehler and her "husband" fighting was pretty funny. Good acting from The Rock, Sean William Scott, and the rest of the cast.

Same here, confused but kept watching for some reason. This was probably The Rock's best acting job.

It won't let me change the title. But yeah it's Southland Tales. Guess I got caught up in all the Davind Lynch homage's that I confused it with Inland Empire.

I loved John Lovitz as the cop who killed them. Sherry O'terry was a riot.
