Well, it was predictable and formulatic, but that was the funniest movie I've seen in a while. Besides the opening scene, Sandler was pretty mellow in this film and let his co-stars crack all the jokes. The acting by Nelly and Michael Irvin was pretty decent, also. The only problem I had was how poorly written Chris Rock's character was. Almost every word out of his mouth had racial overtones to it. He's definitely typecast as the "skinny angry black guy"

...and Courtney Cox is SMOKIN' hot. Overall, I give it an A-minus.

    POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Now, for anybody that saw it this weekend...Assuming that they were playing by NFL rules, was that last play that the convicts ran legal?

Originally the warden wanted sandler to consult with the guard football team. The guard didn't want sandler's assistance and on top of that, Sandler's reputation wasn't that high since he shaved points.
