anyone seen this? very good movie, superb acting even though a good portion of the facts are distorted. its based on the story of an american pilot, dieter dengler, shot over laos during the vietnam war on a classified mission. he escaped after some 5 or 6 month in captivity. christian bale might get an oscar nod for this one.
it looks really good. dieter dangler was a german born immigrant who came to America to follow his passion for flying. the film is directed by Werner Herzog and produced by Elton Brand, based off of Herzog's documentary "Little Dieter Needs to Fly"
