"The Firm": A scene in the office of the FBI chief was filmed at the U.S. Department of Commerce, 15th and Constitution streets NW. "Enemy of the State": Victoria Secret scene...Connecticut Avenue NW was closed between Q and R streets during one weekend in mid-January.
