Based on the DC Comic. Starring Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, and Meh-gan Fox. Looks fun. Can't be worse than Will Smith's Wild Wild West. <object id='vid_40155' width='480' height='270' data='http://media.ign.com/ev/embed.swf' type='application/x-shockwave-flash'><param name='movie' value='http://media.ign.com/ev/embed.swf' /><param name='allowfullscreen' value='true' /><param name='allowscriptaccess' value='always' /><param name='bgcolor' value='#000000' /><param name='flashvars' value='vgroup=jonahhex_trl2_052510&object=40155' /></object><div style='width:480;'><a href='http://movies.ign.com/dor/objects/40155/jonah-hex/videos/jonahhex_trl2_052510.html'>More Jonah Hex Videos</a></div>
Might check this out, I like Josh Brolin and the little I know of Hex, he's an interesting comic character.
I have a real problem looking at his face. I wouldn't enjoy looking at that for 2 hours. And I don't consider Megan Fox eye candy enough to offset that.
The preview started out strong and then ran off a cliff. Will pass. It miiiight get a netflix queue slot at some point, when I'm in the mood for a western. (Fox being the movie is a giant warning siren.)
The only good thing about this movie would be Megan Fox for me. Sadly this look like a terribly amateurish directing with an awful prosthetic makeup. Josh Brolin is terrible for this role.
Reviews have been just horrid, probably would have been better to just dump it in Jan instead of the summer.
Jennifer's Body was her movie but this one is Brolin's and from what I've read she's in this one for all of 10 mins. I'm sure she'll keep getting work since she's a name.
I was high on this movie until I read who wrote this movie: Nevildine and Taylor, the guys who directed Gamer...worst flick I've seen in years.
Yeah, I wasn't disagreeing with you just people are saying that she may be box office poison, you know the one person who gets cast that makes people turn away.
