Did anyone see this? I just noticed a striking similarity to Ghostbusters...even to the point of having Dan Akroyd in the movie. Did anyone else notice this or it just me with TGIF giddyness?
You are referring to the movie entitled "Evolution"? with Dukovny(sp?), Orlando Jones and that kid from American Pie? if so... The only simularities I see would be that they are scientists banding together to fight a menace to the world by spraying it with stuff out of a tube(hose). and that I think it is a Ivan Reitman film.. cool movie tho...I've seen it about a half dozen times.. the aliens are cool...especially the ape-lookin things and the pterodactl(sp)-lookin thing...
sure, exchange aliens for supernatural entities and toss in a girl's volleyball team and subtract Sigorney Weaver(no loss there)and you have the same movie.
I could have saved over 90 minutes by just watching the trailer ( and increased my laugh per minute ratio by a lot). The movie felt mostly unfunny to me.
