    Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the first one. I'm usually a hardcore movie critic but I found myself liking Crank a lot. I can't wait for the second one to come out, plus I just read Amy Smart will be in sequel. That's always good. :cool:

    I might have missed something in the trailer; but If you're referring to the blond he's shanking, that's actually Amy Smart.

    Wow, I won't watch this movie; but I remember a time (13 - 19 yrs old) when I would have enjoyed it. And Statham was so enjoyable in "Snatch," it's hard for me to not pull for him.

    I did a google search, a lot of other people notice the same thing. She's not listed in the cast at IMDB so I don't know if she's actually in the movie just made a cameo for the trailer.

    Apparently him taking a massive plunge in the first movie meant nothing stroylinewise. Did they even try this time, oh well, maybe we'll see Amy Smart's boobies.

    I had forgotten, but at the end you seem him blink and hear a couple of heartbeats. So they left the door open. Implausible? Yes. But in context of the rest of the movie? Not really.

    Personally that is why I enjoy movies like this. Lots of mindless action with blood, comedy, and a little sex here and there. Doomsday was a good example, sometimes too ridiculous is what makes it so great. Beats pg-13 teenie movies like...Jumper.

    I cant believe so many people even liked the first Crank. That movie was ridiculous. Yeah its pure action but it went overboard with it. That guy just seems to be in movies with nonstop action now. I saw the first crank and I thought it was terrible. Definitely not seeing this one since it looks like a continuation of the first.

    I think the whole point of it is it is over the top! That is also what gives it it's cult following.
